Our leasing centre is conveniently located on the ground floor of Tower One. Complimentary visitor parking is available in the underground garage — simply press the intercom at the entrance and our team will buzz you in.
Available by appointment seven days a week. Tours typically last 45 to 60 minutes and include a walk-through of available units, a visit to our amenity spaces, and a detailed overview of pricing and lease terms. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available.
Relocating from out of town? No problem. We offer live virtual tours via video call with one of our leasing specialists. You will see every room, ask questions in real time, and receive a digital information package immediately afterward. Virtual tours can be scheduled on the same timeline as in-person visits.
